If you start quilting, you quickly start buying books to help you learn and get patterns for future projects. You will find that for every one good book about quilting there are four others that are just ok. This book is front to back amazing and worth every penny. So many patterns with clear instructions and great illustrations. There were only 3 quilts i didnt ear mark to make out of this 255pg book! Great purchase!

Received this as a gift and I"m really happy with the style and variety of quilts included. Usually precut books have overly simplistic patterns (sew all these 10 inch squares together, add border, done!) but not this book. There is a nice variety of easier and more challenging quilts, even a few with partial seams! Be prepared for more cutting than you might expect with precut quilts, but that's to be expected if you don't want plain & simple patterns. A nice variety of some "traditional" and some more "Modern" looks in the patterns.Also realize that a few of the "64" patterns are larger & smaller versions of the same quilt (such as one with charm packs and one with layer cakes). So I don't think it's actually a full 64 patterns, but still a huge number compared to the 10 or 15 you normally get in a precut pattern book.Lots to keep me busy from this book!

Lots of different quilts in varies sizes. Easy directions and good pictures to go with the step by step directions. Not sure why another reviewer claimed there is only one quilt in different sizes because that is far from the truth. Excellent book, for beginners to advanced quilters.

Really exceeded my expectations and arrived FAST! It's so difficult to determine quality books online and disappointing when you buy "A Dud" with a great cover but useless information inside. If you already have the basics of quilting under your belt, this is an awesome reference for using pre-cuts and achieving unique and interesting patterns.

Great techniques that could be applied to other projects. However I found most of the examples required borders and were quite traditional in their presentation.

I needed these ideas since I buy far too many precuts and love them all. The quilts included in this book will showcase these beautiful fabrics. This is a nice selection, and the instructions are clear and thorough.

Many beautiful quilt patterns & pictures. I highly recommend for beginner or intermediate quilt maker or for a searcher for different patterns to make.

Lots of neat ideas for precuts. I bought this book for our quilt guild (I'm the librarian) and there is something for everyone in this book. I am certain it will be put to good use.
