Love this book!
A cute book that tells the story of how the country was formed and brings to light the important people involved. It's told through the eyes of Madison and explains difficult concepts in a easy way. The pictures and layout of pages are visually pleasing to kids.
This book, and the other books in the same series, are wonderful for children. Excellent illustrations and lots of the most important introductory level information on each topic is presented in a fun way.
It was in great condition and exactly what I wanted.
We were evaluating this for our IB program and school library. This book does a great job of simplifying the most important points of the U.S. Constitution. It also uses catchy visuals and appealing pictures to relate the concepts. My 8 year old enjoyed listening to it and found the pictures helpful. This would be good for a 1st and 2nd grade child. If schools are evaluating it, you can also use it for older children with more limited reading or English skills to help them get the concepts.
